What if a Seller Refuses to Deliver the Account During Escrow?

This is not a common situation, but if this does happen, the buyer will receive the option of a refund excluding the escrow fee, or funding a different escrow. 

Sellers

Refusing to complete an escrow or canceling an escrow when it has already been agreed upon is against Fameswap TOS.

If as a seller, you refuse to sell an account after agreeing to the escrow, state that you sold the account elsewhere, or simply cancel the escrow when the buyer has already sent in the funds, your account will be suspended and you will be prohibited from selling on Fameswap.
