My crypto deposit is not showing in Fameswap Balance

Typically, crypto funds are deposited into your Fameswap Balance immediately after you complete your checkout. Still, sometimes there are several reasons why your deposit may not reflect in your Fameswap Balance right away:

1. The payment was delayed. This happens when your payment takes too long (more than 1 hour) to process through blockchain confirmations, and it just times out. Or if you took too long to send funds on the checkout page.
2. You underpaid or overpaid. This happens when you send more money or the crypto price changed during the transfer and you underpaid. In most cases, we credit the exact amount into your balance, but sometimes the amount varies so much that the transaction is held and waits for manual approval.

In either case, we need an 8-digit Coinbase order code that looks like this “V4E8HP22” which you should have received at checkout. Once we have this, we will look up your specific order transaction, and credit it to your Fameswap Balance.

To avoid both of these scenarios in the future, we recommend increasing gas fees to speed up transaction time or using a less volatile cryptocurrency to make deposits.
