Why Can't I Start Escrow?

Minimum Escrow Amount

To start an escrow, the seller needs to have received and accepted an offer at or over $100.

Accept Escrow Toggled On

To be able to start an escrow, the listing needs to have "Escrow Accepted" toggled on.

If you want to start an escrow and did not have this option enabled, you will need to edit your listing before you can start an escrow.
